How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be
delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
How will I know if order is placed
Once your Order is
successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email and text message
from titlishopping.com This mail will have all the details related to your order.
Order details can also be viewed at My Account section.
I tried placing order using my credit card but
it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
No, currently we do not
have the facility of placing order through phone.
I tried placing my order using my debit
card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to
the money deducted from the card?
Please check your
bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If
your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled
back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank
and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your
bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get
back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate
refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however
depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.
The expected timelines
are as below:
- Net Banking 2-4 business days
- Debit Card 5-7 business days
- Credit Card 7-21 business days
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is
updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you
would receive a sms and an email with your order details. Again after your
order is dispatched we send you a sms with your tracking details. Please check
your spam and old sms-es for the status of your order, if you don't see any
updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delay your order you would
receive a special update from our end. You can also check your order status in
My Account section after login into the account which you have used to place
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel
your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order
number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and
refund your amount.
If your order has been
dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact
Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders Refunds
will be processed as per our Return policies.
For certain product
categories such as Cosmetics once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled.

No, Bulk orders cannot
be placed through titlishopping.com as the website only caters to end customers.
How do I do a trial of the product I
We do not offer trial
facility as of now.
Do you allow exchanges?
Have you ordered a
size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers .

Can I add an item to my order after I have
placed my order?

How do I track my Order?
Email and sms are sent
to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of
the logistics provider.
Visit the website of
the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.
I used my tracking number to check the details
my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

If you have the
tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please
visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the
courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not
happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be
happy to help you.
